If you would like to apply to enroll in this Program, please fill out the information below. You will need to provide details of your credentials (ex. RMT, PT, ect.) in order to be considered. Once approved, you will receive an invoice for you to set up your preferred payment method. You can chose to enter your credit card or your banking information to set up your 24 monthly payments. If you are enrolling in $USD, the monthly fee is $65 USD, if you enrolling in $CDN the monthly fee is $85CDN, and if you are enrolling in Euros the monthly fee is €55. Given the potential for daily variation of currencies, we have set a monthly enrollment fee that is a reasonable approximation of its value in other currencies. If you wish to extend your enrollment after twelve months please contact us to make arrangements at ceosteopathy@mgail.com. Enrollment in this Certificate Program does not automatically guarantee awarding of Certification. All enrolled students must submit the homework requirements and attend the quarterly Group Mentoring Sessions.
